MEMBERS
PRESENT: 23 members with 11 coaches
CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was
called to order by Acting President Roger King.
PLEDGE: The pledge of allegiance
was said by all.
WELCOME: The group welcomed Dick
and Frieda Ward, International President and First Lady and expressed
thanks to our hosts Roger & Maxine King.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT: Bonnie Marcot
has Alzheimer’s and is very sick.
Dick Velting is lonely with Viv gone and has moved out of the
house and selling motorhome.
He is living in an apartment with cooking facilities.
TREASURERS REPORT: August 2010,
income statement and balance sheet presented and accepted.
OLD BUSINESS: Discussion
regarding always having spring rally at Berrien Springs every year.
NEW BUSINESS:

Rallies
a.
Spring
2011 – The group voted to make
the GLASS (Great Lakes Area Spring Spree) Rally in Berrien Springs our
Spring Rally every year, instead of every other year.
The dates for 2011 are May 26-31, 2011.
Hosts are tentatively Ken & Toni Verbeek and Dana & Kris Tousley.
b.
Fall 2011 – will be in Door County
Wisconsin with hosted by the Kaminski’s.
c.
Spring
2012 – Wards had a number of
suggestions and will take care of it with help.
Wabash Indiana, Evialian Home, and Hocks Rock Bridge were
mentioned as possible sites.
- Dick Ward gave
an update about being International President and the seven rallies
they have attended.
