MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Minutes of May 21, 2009 meeting approved as printed

MEMBERSHIP REPORT: Kris Tousley reported 64 dues paying members.  Karen Kirk and Viv Velting are both in the shop for repairs, Kris will prepare cards

TREASURERS REPORT: Kris Tousley reported year to date expenses of $281 and a checkbook balance of $ 2,532 as of 9/20/09

WEBMASTER REPORT: Kris Tousley needs pictures

OLD BUSINESS: Fred Kaminski, Foretravel National Director, told the club one of the changes FMCA made to their bylaws at the Ohio convention was that FMCA chapters would only be required to have one business meeting a year.  Members present still wanted at least two chapter rallies each year.

NEW BUSINESS:

Future Chapter Rallies

(a)  Spring 2010 – Hosts Roger/Karen Kirk on June 3-6 in South Haven, Michigan at Sunny Brook Resort (888-499-5253), full hookups, $45 for regular site, $50 for waterfront site less 10% rally discount, reservations due 5/1/10.

(b)  Fall 2010 – September 23-25 in Hannibal, Missouri

(c)  Spring 2011 – Host or Location?

(d)  Fall 2011 – Host or Location?
